Bishopston Books is a small, general used book shop in Bishopston, a suburb of Bristol a couple of miles North of the city centre. The business was established in 1994 to serve the local community, but changes in secondhand bookselling worldwide saw it enter the internet era in 1999. While still open 5 days a week for local business, the business has sold over 10,000 books to satisfied customers worldwide.

Bishopston Books is owned and run solely by Bill Singleton. The shop does not specialise, but maintains a wide-ranging variety of books. Some emphasis is placed on books on Bristol, with a large selection of new and used books in stock.

Bill is always looking for good books to buy, and will travel within the area for the right stock. No collection is too small or large.
